HEMA TOURNAMENT SPONSORSHIP
Put something real in your fighters’ hands.
HEMA Hell supports HEMA tournaments with vouchers for prizes and postcards for participants. We are interested in direct participant contact, clear communication and results we can actually measure! Not a logo quietly dying at the bottom of a sponsor wall.
What we can provide
- HEMA Hell shirt or percentage-off vouchers as tournament prizes. Winners choose their design and size after the event. Larger tournaments receive more vouchers.
- Ready-to-distribute postcards for your participants.
What your tournament needs
- At least 50 people are guaranteed to receive the postcards.
- You distribute one postcard personally to every agreed recipient. A flyer stack does not count.
- You mention HEMA Hell at least once before the tournament and at least once in your results or winner communication.
- After the event, you report the number of distributed flyers and the number left over.
- You provide agreed event or winner photos with reuse permission cleared.

- Your plan for winner or event photos and the relevant reuse permissions
We will review the fit and agree the exact package and deliverables with you. Sponsorship is subject to availability and a good fit.
A few useful answers
Can spectators be included in the recipient count?
Only if they are guaranteed to receive the postcards. Estimated foot traffic does not count.
Can we put the postcards on a table?
No. They need to be handed to every agreed recipient. For example with the goodie bag, a wristband or a start number, or placed on every seat before an all-participant briefing.
Do you create a custom shirt design for our event?
No. Tournament sponsorship uses existing HEMA Hell designs.
